AMAYA is a daily-timing product. It computes the shape of a person's day from real astronomy and their birth data, hands them named hours with the reason attached, and asks each evening whether the reading held. The astronomy is computed by AMAYA's own engine, checked against NASA's JPL Horizons.

AMAYA is a daily-timing product built in a living Kashmir Shaivism lineage by Kalanath D'Aysén. Every morning it computes the shape of a person's day from real astronomy, their birth data and their current location, and hands them named hours with the reason attached: the hours that will carry hard work, the hours to stay quiet in, the stretch to wait out. Every evening the person marks whether the reading held, which builds a personal hit rate that AMAYA keeps against itself. The astronomy runs on over nine thousand lines of AMAYA's own code, with no third-party ephemeris library in production.

Every morning AMAYA computes the shape of the day from real astronomy, the person's birth data and their current location. The day arrives cut into named windows with the reason attached: the two hours for the hard conversation, the hour to stay quiet in, the stretch to wait out. A difficult window is named as a difficult window rather than dressed up.

The arithmetic behind this is old. A tradition worked it out over centuries and called an elected hour muhūrta; it stayed hand-written and local because doing it properly means lunar longitude to three decimals, sunrise for an exact latitude, and dozens of derived quantities before a single hour can be named. AMAYA computes it with over nine thousand lines of its own astronomical code across forty files, and runs no third-party ephemeris library in production. The engine is checked against NASA's JPL Horizons on eight dates spread from 2024 to 2028: it lands within 0.011 degrees on the Moon and 0.009 degrees on the Sun. That check runs inside the build and fails if a later change makes the accuracy worse.

Two things set AMAYA apart from the rest of its category. It publishes its own error, and it tells a user which of its own numbers went soft: when a birth time is approximate, AMAYA declines to name the houses rather than rounding a guess into confidence. And the evening confirmation builds a percentage that belongs to the user and can go against AMAYA itself.

AMAYA is built by Kalanath D'Aysén, who holds a living line of Kashmir Shaivism, from a valley on the Río Risopatrón in Aysén, Chilean Patagonia. The legal entity is AMAYA Patagonia SpA.
