02 · Problem
A map of the land and a working app can sit on the same page, but they do not share the same legal or financial case. The app needs user cohorts; the Aysén site needs title, permits and a costed plan.
A difficult conversation, a move or a new project has a date and an hour. Personalized readings already exist; the remaining question is how to connect a specific choice to a suitable time, and later record what happened. AMAYA puts those actions in one product journey.
The user remains responsible for the decision. We offer a calculation, an interpretation and a record of what happened, without promising the result.
03 · Product
Today lays out the day by hour. Sky shows the calculated positions. A person can ask a concrete question, examine a Reading, and write down an observation in the Journal. The Advisor explains the calculated values; it does not calculate the sky.
Journal text reaches the language-model provider only when the person enables that access. The switch can be turned off. The web app is available to open now.

04 · Evidence
The web beta is live, and the first paid INNER orders have been verified. The historical database snapshot from 25 September 2026 showed 32 accounts and 0 paid orders out of 45 attempts; those figures describe that day, before the first verified INNER payments. The attempts included the team and first circle and do not show how a wider audience would behave.
A repeat payment cycle is still unverified. We have no reliable retention cohort, acquisition cost or measured margin to publish. Those are the next tests, not numbers to infer from early orders.
05 · Model
The day by hour and sky overview remain free. INNER is priced at 29 USD per month, 79 for three months, 149 for six months or 249 per year. ACADEMY is priced at 108 USD per month, 297 for three months, 540 for six months or 972 per year. PRANA is an internal credit for individual actions; people can earn it through practice or buy it.
These are decided prices, not realized average revenue. The 26 USD monthly average paying-user figure in the 25 September model is an assumption. Language-model costs and payment costs must be measured against real cohorts before margin can be claimed.
06 · Audience
Products around daily reflection, faith and AI journaling have attracted capital. Their results say nothing certain about AMAYA conversion. Our nearer test is whether someone who opens Today comes back, asks a question and finds enough value to pay.
The public day view creates a way to try the core experience before purchase. We will measure human visits, repeat use and paid conversion by source rather than count automated traffic as reach.
The Chilean programmes have rules, application windows and eligibility tests. Ley Austral, DFL-15 and FOGAIN should be reviewed against the actual project before any benefit enters a model.
07 · Why now
The web product, its calculation and the basic paid-access path can be demonstrated today. An internal run on 2 October 2026 passed 19 engine checks, including 16 comparisons with saved NASA JPL Horizons reference values. That is evidence for a defined sample, not a claim about every calculation.
The question now is operational: can the team acquire people at a sustainable cost, support repeat payments and keep the advice useful over time?

Kalanath D'Aysén leads the method, product and writing. Rustam Rakhmanov leads operations, legal work and finance. AI agents assist development and editing under founder direction; they do not replace accountable people.
The planned Delaware C-corp for the app is separate from AMAYA Patagonia SpA. Product IP assignment to the new company remains a legal workstream, not a completed transfer to claim here.

11 · Diligence
Can the model retain people? We do not yet have consecutive cohorts. Can payments repeat? The first paid INNER orders are verified; renewal remains open. What happens to Journal data? Its text is sent to Anthropic when the person enables Advisor access, and that access can be disabled.
Can this scale economically? We have a dated cost model, not measured unit economics. A live walkthrough and current records are the right basis for discussing the next proof.
Ask for the current registration status of the land and a programme-by-programme eligibility opinion. A public description of the rules is not an award.
