Terms of Sale

The seller is AMAYA Patagonia SpA, Chile, RUT 78.434.653-6, Puerto Varas, Los Lagos Region; email contact@amaya.center. The buyer is you: a person aged 18 or over with an AMAYA account.

These terms are open to everyone. The agreement is formed when you pay for a membership or a PRANA pack; by paying, you accept these terms.

They apply together with our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Refunds and Cancellation policy.

An INNER membership is a subscription to the full personal advisor based on your birth chart: in-depth questions plus everything that is free. An ACADEMY membership includes everything in INNER plus the complete Path of the 64 Goddesses and its practices. Each membership comes with a monthly allowance of PRANA.

Exactly what each membership includes, and how much PRANA comes with it, is shown on the memberships page and in the app at the time of purchase. Monthly allowances do not build up without limit: if unspent PRANA from earlier allowances already equals two months' allowance or more, no new allowance is credited until it falls below that level. PRANA you bought or earned does not count towards this limit, and credited PRANA never expires.

PRANA is AMAYA's in-app currency. You use it to pay for individual actions in the app: questions to the advisor, readings, practices, routes and other products. The PRANA price of every action is shown before you confirm it. PRANA is sold in packs.

Memberships and PRANA are digital: access opens in the app, and nothing is shipped. Part of AMAYA is free and needs no purchase.

Current prices for memberships and PRANA packs are shown in US dollars on the memberships page and in the app. The price you see before paying is the full price of your purchase: for one-off purchases such as PRANA packs it already includes a payment processing charge, and subscriptions carry none.

Payments are handled by payment providers, currently NOWPayments for cryptocurrency (the service does not hold funds and is not a party to the transaction) and Prodamus for ruble payments. You enter your card details on their side; we never see or store them.

If you were charged but access did not open, write to us and we will either open access or refund you.

Membership access or PRANA appears in your account as soon as the payment provider confirms your payment. This usually takes minutes. Cryptocurrency payments can take longer, depending on the network.

After you sign up, INNER is free for 21 days. No card is needed. The trial is available once per account.

When the 21 days end, nothing is charged: you return to the free features, and you can continue with INNER by paying for it.

ACADEMY has no free trial.

A membership is paid for one, three, six or twelve months; you choose the period when you buy.

A subscription paid by card renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it. One-off purchases, such as PRANA packs, do not renew.

If the price of a membership changes, we will tell you at least 14 days before you are charged the new price at renewal. A period you have already paid for is not affected.

You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Within 14 days of paying for a subscription, you can get a full refund. How to cancel, and when we give refunds, is explained in Refunds and Cancellation.

PRANA never expires: not over time, not during a break in your subscription, and not when you change membership. It stays as long as your account exists.

PRANA is AMAYA's internal unit of account. It cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn or sold. You can give PRANA to someone only inside AMAYA, using the app's gift feature.

When you delete your account, any remaining PRANA is lost. If it includes a pack bought within the last 14 days that you have not started, you can have it refunded before deleting, under our refund rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, including Law 19.496 on consumer protection. You keep the rights that the law of your country gives you.

We may change these terms. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for, and we will email you about significant changes at least 14 days in advance.
