Refunds and Cancellation

You can cancel an INNER or ACADEMY subscription at any time: in the app's settings, which link to subscription management with the payment provider, or by emailing contact@amaya.center.

Once you cancel, you will not be charged again. You keep access to your membership until the end of the period you have paid for, and after that you return to AMAYA's free features. Your entries and your PRANA balance stay with you.

There is nothing to cancel for the INNER free trial: it needs no card, and nothing is charged when it ends.

Fourteen days for a full refund. If an INNER or ACADEMY membership is not right for you, write to us within 14 days of payment and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.

Unexpected renewal. If your subscription renewed when you did not intend it to, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund the renewal in full, even if you have already used the membership in the new period.

After 14 days, you can still cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not refund the rest of the period, except as described in "If something did not work" or where the law of your country requires otherwise.

Paid for but not started. If you paid for a membership but were not able to use it and the 14 days have passed, write to us. We handle these cases individually.

Once a refund is made, access to the membership ends.

Unused packs. If you have not spent any PRANA from a pack you bought, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Spent PRANA pays for a digital service you have already received: a question answered, a reading opened, a practice or route started. We do not refund it, unless the service was not delivered through our fault.

PRANA that comes with a membership or is credited for practice or invitations is not bought separately and cannot be refunded as money.

If AMAYA did not work through our fault and we could not fix it quickly, we will refund the affected period or credit you PRANA, whichever you choose. The 14-day limit does not apply here.

If PRANA was deducted but the answer or other service did not arrive because of a failure, write to us and we will return that PRANA.

Any mistaken or duplicate charge is refunded in full.

Write to contact@amaya.center from the email address linked to your account. Tell us what you would like refunded and when you paid. No form, and no reason required.

We reply within three business days.

Refunds go back by the same method you paid with. Payment providers and banks usually need 5 to 10 business days for the money to reach you. For payments made in cryptocurrency, we will arrange the refund with you by email, as we need your wallet address.

These rules do not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country.

In Chile, Law 19.496 gives you the right to withdraw from a contract made online within 10 days, as long as the service has not started. Our 14-day refund for subscriptions and unused PRANA packs goes further. When you spend PRANA, the service is delivered at once, so spent PRANA is not covered by the right of withdrawal.

If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For subscriptions and unused PRANA packs, our rules give you the same period.
